Lo and Ve - Romeo and Juliet

How are Lo and Ve like Romeo and Juliet? O.o Lo get's married to Ve but then her parents make her also get married to Etah, but before the day of the wedding she goes to *insert OC name here* and get's a potion to fake her death. And Ve kills Lo's cousin and gets banished from wherever they're living, and Ve's personal servant finds out about Lo's death and tells Ve that Lo is dead before the letter from *insert OC name here* get's to him explaining their plan to run away together. Causing Ve to go to Lo's tomb to confess his love for the last time and ultimately die after Killing Etah, who was also Lo's tomb. Lo wakes up and sees both Etah and Ve dead and kills herself...
